Opened the CSRR North HF Station Saturday 12/14/2024 for the ARRL 10M Contest. Worked about sixty QSO’s, about 4H BIC.
Went back Sunday to extract the log file but couldn’t resist making ‘a few more’ QSO’s. Totaled 100 QSO’s, most multipliers. Lots of fun!

As Dave pointed out in his weekly email blast, the WPX SSB is this weekend. This is usually a very big turnout event for contesting, with most of the bands alive with folks looking to score QSOs. MARC will need at least four (4) individual logs from our members who participate, if we wish to be published in the final log results. I believe working as a group using W1NRG at the OEM on Saturday will count as only one log. If working from home, just log with your own call sign and list Meriden ARC as the club.
Simple contest. RST and incrementing the serial number. More points for lower bands than upper bands, and more points for DX vs local. I hope to be on the air for 12 hours at some point this weekend.
