Wow! I could not believe that this one was so tough. They had a decent signal even with only dipoles and the CW ops were super, knocking them off two or three a minute steady. I just needed them on 17 and 12. 17 meters took a couple of hours of work. 12 meters took about 5 hours of calling, usually I can put these chip shots in in the log in about an hour, it's just finding a quiet place in the pile and keep throwing your call in. One ZL posted that the US pileup was "massive" which was sort of a surprise for a Friday afternoon. I would have thought all the "children" were either at work or school. But at least I finished this one up. Now everyone else can have him. Unless he comes up on 6 meters, I'm done.
