N1MM Classic Driving Me Crazy - N1API - 11-28-2014

Well start of CQ WW and N1MM Classic is driving me nuts!

In the bandmap window when you work a call it is supposed to go Grey in the window. If is a station that you found and worked the call and, (say I found Dave K1WJL on 20 meters and worked him for Zone 5), Dave's call goes into the bandmap window for 20 meters and comes up gray after the frequency he's on so I know that when I run through the band I don't need him again. If a call is spotted and you work him / her it should turn gray. Instead it disappears out completely. If I put it in the call sigh field and either move off frequency or try to store it using the ALT-O command it just disappears from the call field and does not show in the bandmap.

Curious anyone else having this issue? I'm using the "final" version of Classic V 14.9.0, I submitted a bug report.

RE: N1MM Classic Driving Me Crazy - K1PU - 11-30-2014

I never used that feature in live combat.
I don't run the cluster in contest (non-assisted) and I got a real good memory about who I worked, at least while i'm running a band.
Later at the end of the test, I'll have to listen around to find the scatterd newbies I didn't work yet and after a few hours they move around anyway.

I got the new 'plus' version, but I haven't had a 'low key' contest to get myself situated with the new software.
Might give it a whirl for the 10 meter test.
